How RMXPROJECTS works
We begin by defining the mandate, decision makers, constraints, success measures and required approvals. We then map the commercial, technical, legal, financial and operational pathway; identify the right delivery parties; and establish a programme structure with clear ownership, milestones and reporting.
Our role
RMXPROJECTS may act as project developer, strategic coordinator, programme office or owner-side delivery partner. The precise role is agreed for each mandate and does not replace the regulated responsibilities of engineers, architects, contractors, legal advisers, financial advisers or other licensed professionals.
