Tonnage, terms and cargo, brought into agreement.
Chartering, cargo execution and vessel programmes across commercial, government and offshore fleets. RMXMARINE speaks the trade's actual language: laycans, demurrage, FOB and CIF, class and flag, and holds the water leg of a transaction to the same documentation standard as the rest of RMX.
Commercial tonnage at work · IllustrativeThe business's role in RMX.
Most of world trade travels by sea, and most of what goes wrong in trade goes wrong there: fixtures that slip, laycans missed, demurrage accruing, documents that fail against the letter of credit. RMXMARINE exists to keep RMX transactions, and its clients' cargoes, out of that failure zone. The business coordinates chartering, freight execution and port operations with owners, brokers, agents and carriers, under Incoterms chosen deliberately for the deal: FOB, CIF, CFR or DAP, never by habit.
Beyond the cargo trade, the business runs vessel programmes end to end: commercial tonnage sourced and screened on class, flag, survey and records; new-build and refit coordination; government and patrol craft; offshore support; and marine systems. Where a programme involves vessel ownership, operation or management, those functions are performed by appropriately licensed owners, operators and managers, disclosed on every engagement.
What the business does.
Vessel Chartering
Voyage and time charter coordination with owners and brokers: fixtures, laycans, terms and performance held together for the cargo programme.
Cargo and Freight Execution
Incoterms structured to the transaction: FOB, CIF, CFR, DAP. Fixture support, freight terms, and bills of lading that match the credit.
Dry Bulk, Breakbulk and Project Cargo
Grains, fertilisers, construction materials and out-of-gauge project cargo moved with the right tonnage and the right survey regime.
Port and Terminal Coordination
Agents, stevedoring, laytime management and documentation flows coordinated at load and discharge, with demurrage exposure controlled.
Vessel Sourcing and Acquisition
Commercial tonnage screened on class, flag, survey, records and economics, and presented with the evidence.
New-Build and Refit Coordination
Yard selection, specification development and build or refit supervision arrangements with classification oversight.
Government and Patrol Vessels
Patrol, support and special-purpose vessel programmes for state clients, run under RMX compliance disciplines.
Offshore and Support Vessels
Offshore energy support tonnage and marine logistics for infrastructure and energy operations.
Marine Systems and Specialist Craft
Navigation, communications and security systems; unmanned marine platforms with RMXROBOTICS; private and specialist craft on request.
Who the business works for.
Commodity shippers and trading desks
Cargo programmes fixed, executed and documented to letter-of-credit standard.
Government and coast-guard authorities
State vessel programmes from requirement definition to delivery.
Commercial owners and operators
Tonnage sourced, renewed and refitted with class and survey discipline.
Offshore energy operators
Support tonnage and marine logistics for offshore infrastructure and energy work.
Ports and terminal operators
Load and discharge operations coordinated for throughput and laytime control.
Direct capability and approved partners.
Chartering, freight and vessel functions are performed with and through licensed owners, operators, managers, brokers, agents and shipyards. RMXMARINE acts as the client-side structuring and coordination layer, and runs cargo programmes jointly with RMXPORT. [LICENSING INFORMATION REQUIRED before any statement of direct operating capability.]
Every engagement runs under RMX's governance standards: counterparty diligence, sanctions screening where applicable, documentation discipline and transaction-specific approval. Read the governance framework.
Three ways the business is engaged.
Advisory and Structuring
Requirement definition, feasibility, counterparty selection and structure design, before any commitment is made.
Programme Coordination
End-to-end coordination of suppliers, partners, finance, logistics and compliance through to verified delivery.
Long-Term Mandates
Multi-year supply, support or development programmes with defined governance, reporting and review.
Every engagement carries the RMX standard: sanctions and end-user screening before commitment, documentation to audit level, responsibility assigned by name, and completion that is verified rather than announced.
The shape of the work.
A cargo programme needs tonnage fixed ahead of the season, with laytime controlled. A state client needs patrol craft delivered and supported. A trade desk needs the water leg to stop being the weak link.
These are requirement patterns the business is built for, stated as patterns. Specific engagements, past or present, are not published; references are provided under confidentiality where appropriate.
Where this mandate connects.
RMXMARINE is not represented as a shipowner, carrier, broker or manager unless expressly identified for a specific mandate. Services may be performed by licensed third parties under their own terms and operational control.
