Cargo Definition
Dimensions, gross weight, packaging, stackability and centre of gravity assessed against aircraft door and floor limits.
Dangerous and Regulated Goods
Classification, documentation and operator acceptance confirmed before an aircraft is proposed. Undeclared goods are not carried.
Humanitarian and Medical
Relief consignments, medical supply and time-critical movement coordinated with the consignee and receiving authority.
Temperature and Integrity
Cold-chain and sensitive consignments assessed for the full door-to-door leg, not the flight alone.
Ground Handling
Loading equipment, ramp capability and customs clearance confirmed at origin and destination.
